Mountain Bike Training Plans: 100, 50, and 6 hour Endurance Races
Pick and choose from any of the following mountain bike training plans. Every plan has multiple options to select from based off your current level of fitness, time to train, and goals for the training plan. When you click on the link, you will be taken to Training Peaks where you can find more detailed information about the goals, levels, and time commitment needed for each training plan.
These training plans can be used with Heart Rate, Power, and/or Perceived Exertion The training program will walk you through getting your heart rate and/or power zones set up, and then provide detailed directions each day for your workouts. The plans are easy to follow, and straight forward.

Strength Training Plans $16.95
You can add any of these strength training programs to any other mountain bike training programs. It is meant to supplement those workouts and help you build your strength off the bike.
This is a 6 week strength routine for mountain bikers. The program is 3 days a week and can be added separately or added in addition to any current mountain biking training program you are on.
To do this, start the strength training program on the first day you want to start this program.
The goal of this program is to build core strength off the bike that will help prevent injury and make you more efficient and effective when on the mountain bike.
100 Mile Mountain Bike Training Plan $89.00-$145.00
These 100 mile training plans will prepare you to peak for a 100 mile mountain bike race. You can choose from a 3, 5, or 6.5 month training plan option with multiple levels.
The 100 mile training plans will work on building a combination of your ability to ride longer, stronger, faster, and finish stronger. Throughout the program you will be given long rides strategically placed to have you fast come race day, nutritional advice to have you riding stronger throughout the race, and pacing advice to help you manage your efforts throughout the race.
Your fitness will peak at the end of this program giving you powerful, strong, and recovered legs for race day.
Leadville Trail 100: Aug 2016 Training Plan $89.00-$145.00
These training plans will incrementally build your fitness so you are at your peak fitness for the Leadville Trail 100 on August 13th, 2016. You can choose from a 3 month, 5 month, or 6.5 month Leadville Training Program. Each has various levels also.
You will be working on a combination of building your fitness with a variety of types of rides (long, short and intense, mountain bike specific, etc.), and will also work on your pacing and nutrition for the Leadville 100. Click the link above for more details on each plan.
50 Mile Mountain Bike Training Plan $89.00-$145.00
These training plans are aimed at getting you your highest level of fitness for a 50 mile mountain bike race at the end of the program.
These plans include workouts aimed for helping you prepare for the race with a good pacing strategy, improved power on the bike for the entire race, and nutrition recommendations. Whether you pick the 3, 5, or 6.5 month training plan, you will have a workouts aimed at helping you practice your pacing, nutrition strategy, and build fitness. You will build your fitness during the program with a combination of race specific mountain bike work, longer rides, and intense rides to have you peaked for your 50 mile race at the end of the program.
6 Hour Race Mountain Bike Training Plan $89.00
This 12 week plan is designed to get you to your top fitness for a 6 hour mountain bike race at the end of the program.
This training program will combine longer rides on the weekends, shorter-more intense rides during the week, and mountain bike specific workouts on the trails to have you riding fast and flowing on the trials. Every weekend, you will have a longer ride focusing on proper fueling mixed with great pacing, both keys to a successful 6 hour race. This plan will build your fitness throughout it, with a goal of having you peaked for your 6 hour race at the end of the program.
Off Season Training Plans: Cross training, indoor training, and strength training $34.95

This is a 6 week routine for Off Season Cyclist(road, cyclo cross, and mountain bike). Focus is on a combination of xtraining, strength work, and indoor/outdoor cycling.
Each training program will introduce you to the routine where you will have multiple xtraining options(you choose what you have). In addition to this, you will strength train 3 times a week to work on building strength in the off season to help prevent injury next year, and also build muscle that will help put more power to the pedals when the training starts to pick up.
Also, you will ride 3 days a week, either indoor or outdoors(depending on what you can do). These workouts are set up to maintain what you have worked so hard to build in season. They are short and sweet!
The goal of this program is to re-motivate and recover your body both mentally and physically. This program will keep your fitness high, while also working on weaknesses that typically develop for many athletes in the off season.
